Training Testimonials

The following are included with kind permission by the authors of the testimonials;

“After arranging our food workshop I was a little concerned for some staff we would be going over old ground. However I was delighted that the knowledge we gained was highly relevant, interesting and specific to our industry. Fifty staff from five centres attended and were truly inspired by Rachelle’s relaxed and fun manner. Staff left with a renewed understanding of the importance of handling food safely and the implications that may occur if we don’t. Thank-you Rachelle for a wonderful evening.”

Julie Watts- Operations Manager FENG HOLDINGS – Child Care provider

I would like to thank Rachelle for her service over the years and look forward to continuing the association with her company for many years. Rachelle has done our food safety for the past 6-8 years at Trinder, what a great job she has done in that time, every year the syllabus changes, thus keeping people interested the course each year as well. Rachelle also has taken a keen interest in our business as well, Rachelle will always come in a little and wonder about and chat to staff to see how there going and if there is anything they would like to discuss and is happy to spend time with to help them over a problem. The advice given is always reliable and precise, her classes are always very interesting and our staff love to see her every year and dare I say the look forward to seeing her. I would like to thank Rachelle for her effort over the years and for what she will do for us into the future.

FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR

A unique accredited Food Safety Supervisor course is available for either public or tailored groups.

It incorporates all seven of the units recommended by Queensland Health to be a Food Safety Supervisor in all of food industry segments. This is the only face to face course in Queensland that will allow the successful students to be recognised as a Food Safety Supervisor regardless of what business type they work for.

It is suitable for those already in the food industry or those looking to give themselves a qualification to enter.

It is practical, full of real life examples and facilitated by someone who is actually working daily in the food industry as a Food Safety Supervisor.

Run over two consecutive days, the course does not require that any assessment be done after that and is kept to small class sizes.

Food Safety Supervisor CourseTestamonial

“I recently did a Food Safety Supervisor course at Jimboomba. It was onl a small class.I went along thinking that I knew a bit about food safety. Hey, I’m a Mum. I run a kitchen at a B&B….nobody ever got sick from my cooking or cleaning!!! How wrong was I!!! It’s not just about cooking, I soon found out. I lernt so much over the two days that my head was spinning. Yes, I have become a kitchen nazi. I have taken control of my workspace and put a lot of rules in place. I don’t know how long I’ll be in this job but what I learnt from this course I can take to the next place or on my travels.Thanks Rachelle for your very informative course.I will certainly recommend you to anyone else starting out blind as I did.”
