After arranging our food workshop I was a little concerned for some staff we would be going over old ground. However I was delighted that the knowledge we gained was highly relevant, interesting and specific to our industry.
Fifty staff from five centres attended and were truly inspired by Rachelle’s relaxed and fun manner. Staff left with a renewed understanding of the importance of handling food safely and the implications that may occur if we don’t.
