What you need to know
It is a fun, practical and intense course tailored to your business, that will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to be a competent Food Safety Supervisor in all food business types.
What you need to bring
Your own lunch, and wear clothes and footwear suitable for being in a commercial kitchen.
What you will get
At the successful completion of the Assessment - a Certificate in Attainment for the seven Food Safety Supervisor units recommended by Qld Health and a set of very useful and practical notes.
"I recently did the Food Safety Supervisor course at Jimboomba. It was only a small class. I went along thinking I knew a bit about food safety. Hey, I'm a Mum,I run a kitchen at a B&B...nobody ever got sick from my cooking or cleaning!!! How wrong was I?? Its not just about cooking as I soon found out.
